After the first week of getting students familiar with the Photoshop program, students are
given this, their first real assignment.  They are required to use all the skills they have learned thus
far to create images of their own names in Photoshop.  While downloading from the internet is allowed
for this, it is not encouraged.  Some students feel comfort by putting images of their idols etc.  I encourage
them to use the program itself to create the art.    These images are produced at a lower res to give
students the quick results they need as they become comfortable with filters and effects.
